The new McBride community, La Collina, will include 58 single family homes total. Draper & Kramer and partner The Sansone Group had always indicated there would be a single-family home component as part of the project. McBride’s plan calls for brick fronts to blend with the neighborhood and detached two-car garages with rear alley access, branded as The Manors at La Collina. The news of McBride Homes’ new development in The Hill neighborhood of St. Louis City has been the talk of the town since the project was first announced in 2019. McBride’s Avanti display home will officially open for guided tours on March 21st, with the official Grand Opening on March 28thwith the start of sales and writing contracts for potential homebuyers. By car, take the Autobahn A9 north from Munich and turn off right onto the A93 just after the town of Geisenhausen.
